We work with Vietnamese companies at varying stages — from family-owned enterprises formalizing their management systems, to mid-size manufacturers expanding into ASEAN and EU markets, to larger organizations running multiple change programs at once. The common thread is that our clients want structured thinking, not generic templates.

We begin with an initial conversation — usually 45 to 60 minutes — to understand your current situation and what outcome would be meaningful. From there, we prepare a brief engagement proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Nothing is charged until the scope is agreed and signed.

Our core team is based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. For most engagements, we combine on-site workshops with remote working sessions. For clients outside HCMC or in other provinces, we schedule travel around the workshop dates. Fully remote delivery is also available where appropriate.

Each engagement ends with a final handover session and a structured deliverable — whether that's a KPI reference guide, a trade optimization report, or a program dashboard. Our goal is that your team can carry the work forward independently. We also offer light-touch follow-up calls in the month after handover at no additional cost.

The fees listed on our Solutions page represent standard engagements at their stated scope. If your situation requires a narrower or broader scope, we adjust the fee accordingly and present this in the proposal. We do not bill by the hour — engagements are scoped, not open-ended.

A non-disclosure agreement is signed at the start of every engagement. All documentation, financial data, and internal materials shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client information between engagements and do not use client cases in marketing without explicit permission.
